This can be done in two stages:
Normal items can be transformed into "rare" items of the same class
Rare blue items can be turned into "epic" items.

A normal Item must been 3 times classified, so it is "rare!
Level 1: 15 Z-coins needed for Level 2: Bonus: +3% item scores
Level 2: 25 Z-coins needed for Level 3: Bonus: +5% item scores
Level 3: 50 Z-coins needed to make it "rarely" . Bonus: +8% item scores
A rare Item must been 5 times classified to make it Epic!
Level 1: 75 Z-coins needed for Level 2: Bonus: +10% item scores
Level 2 requires 100 Z-Coins for Level 3: Bonus: +12% item scores
Level 3: 125 Z-coins needed for Level 4: Bonus: +15% item scores
Level 4: 150 Z-coins needed for Level 5: Bonus: +18% item scores
Level 5: 200 Z-coins needed to make it "epic". Bonus: +25% item scores
